Why do I need to register?
A free account lets you launch demo games, confirms you are 18 or over, and saves your progress: credit balance, tier, streak and achievements.
Is registration free?
Yes, always. No payment details are ever requested.
How do I get credits?
Daily check-ins, time spent in demo games, first launches of new titles, achievements and tier promotions. All of them are free.
Can I cash out my credits?
No. Credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or prizes.
What can I spend credits on?
Cosmetic profile items only — avatar frames and profile themes.
Do I lose progress if I log out?
No. Logging out ends your session only. Your balance, tier and streak are still there when you log back in.
I forgot my password
Accounts are stored locally in the browser you registered with, so there is no server-side reset. If you cannot remember your password, you can register again in the same browser; note that clearing site data removes the account and its progress for good.
Why did my playtime credits stop?
Playtime earnings are capped at 120 minutes per day. Check-ins and achievements are unaffected, and the cap resets at midnight.
